Customs Duties and Taxes for International Orders
Customers are responsible for paying all customs duties and taxes on international orders.
If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes, you are liable for any fees incurred to have the order returned to us, alternatively the parcel will be destroyed by the courier, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellations and Amendments
Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately, and cancellations are not possible.
To amend an order, email VALERIA@SHOPNINETEN.COM. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but if the items have already been processed, amendments may not be possible.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. If you select the safe drop option, ensure a safe location for delivery, as we will not compensate for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
Use Australia Post online tools to track your parcel. We encourage customers to track their parcels.

Delivery Timeframes
All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia and are shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding public holidays.  
Orders placed on public holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Please note that the provided delivery timeframes are estimates our couriers. Delays due to weather or internal courier issues may occur.  
Shipping time frames do not include dispatch time.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

We hope you love your NINE TEN pieces as much as we do! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may send it back for a store credit. We do offer refunds, but only under the circumstance that the product is faulty or defective. We will not accept a refund if it is change of mind or incorrect sizing, although we will happily offer a store credit! To qualify for a return: Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached. They must be free from makeup, perfume, stains or damage Domestic returns must be received back to us within 14 days of when your order arrived. International returns must be received back to us within 30 days of when your order arrived. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping (this does not apply if the return is due to a fault or defect.) If you're exchanging an item for a different size, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send the new size out to you — no extra charge. If your requested exchange size is out of stock or you select a different item at a different price, we’ll issue a store credit for the value of your original purchase.
